地震の発生から津波の到達まで（提供：一般社団法人大船渡津波伝承館）
今年で東日本大震災から10年。
動画提供元の大船渡津波伝承館は5000年先まで震災の学びを伝えることを目的に設立されました。撮影者は伝承館館長で元さいとう製菓株式会社専務取締役の齋藤賢治さん。さいとう製菓は岩手大船渡の郷土菓子「かもめの玉子」を作る会社です。この動画にはその本社が津波に飲まれていく様子が記録されています。自身も被災したにも関わらず、さいとう製菓は震災の2日後からお菓子を避難所に無償提供するボランティアを行っています。
