「光」は2002年に発表された宇多田ヒカルさんの楽曲。スクウェアエニックスのゲーム「キングダムハーツ」のエンディングテーマに起用されました。
ワンカットで皿洗いをするユニークなpvは当時の宇多田さんのご自宅だったそうです。本作はタイトルを「Simple And Clean」として英語版も発売されており、海外からのコメント欄にもsimple、cleanの文字が見受けられます。またキングダムハーツと絡めたコメントや日本のゲームの特徴を皮肉るコメントもありました。
ゲーム キングダムハーツがウォルトディズニー社との共同開発のためか、楽曲の権利はアメリカのウォルトディズニーミュージックカンパニーが所有しているため、JASRACでは外国作品扱いになるそうです。
