2012年1月1日に発表された曲。東京事変は同月の11日に解散を発表し、2012年1月20日のミュージックステーションでデビュー曲の『群青日和』とこの曲を披露しました。そのため東京事変の解散曲としても有名です。東京事変は2020年に活動再開を発表し、コメント欄は再開を喜ぶ日本人で溢れていましたが、海外の方はまだそのことを知らないようです。
