2023年7月8日より放映されているアニメ『BLEACH千年血戦篇－訣別譚－』。ジャンプを象徴するアニメ最終章第2部のノンクレジットオープニングムービーがアニプレックス公式YouTubeチャンネルから公開されました。曲はw.o.d.の「STARS」。w.o.d.は神戸出身の3ピースバンドで、メンバーが中学生の2009年に同級生によって結成されました。バンド名は「webbing off duckling」の略。泳げないアヒルという意味です。OP映像のキャラ衣装デザインは原作・総監修の久保帯人さんが担当しており、国内外から最初期のオープニング、アスタリスクを彷彿とさせるという声が上がっています。wanna-be-neet.hatenablog.com

・It is crazy how much effort has been put into making the Opening. The foreshadowings and metaphors are really to die for. Colour Grading and ambience are to cry for. I love Bleach and nothing can change my mind.
