「BOY」はKing Gnuの楽曲でテレビアニメ「王様ランキング」のオープニングテーマソングです。王様ランキングは十日草輔さんが2017年にWebマンガ投稿サイトで連載を始め、コミックスは累計発行部数130万部を突破する人気の作品です。世界中の王様がランク付けされる世界で、ランキング1位を夢見る小さく非力な王子が国や大切な人をを守るため、友人とともに困難に立ち向かうストーリー。現在第一部が完結し、第二部に突入しています。
2021年10月に公開されたKing Gnuの楽曲 BOYのMVはこれまでの作品に登場するキャラクターやバンドメンバーなどが散りばめられています。
