アニメ『チェンソーマン』の第2話のエンディングは2018年から活動している日本のバンド「ずっと真夜中でいいのに。」の『残機』。
海外からは「ZUTOMAYO」の愛称で親しまれており、『残機』は同バンド初のテレビアニメ主題歌です。特定の形を持たず、固定したメンバーがいないバンドで、作詞作曲はすべてACAね さんが手掛けています。
第1話の男くさいロックなエンディングから180度方向性の違う、かわいらしい歌声とアンニュイでロマンチックな映像に海外からも驚きの声が上がりました。
このアニメは毎回異なるエンディングが用意されていることが話題になっています。

このエンディングはすごくいいね。チェンソーマンがロマンスアニメだったとしても、これは完璧にぴったり合った雰囲気だったと思うけど、それでもやっぱり完璧に合ってるよ。
