SiMの『The Rumbling』は令和4年の1月9日に発表された曲でアニメ『進撃の巨人』The Final Seasonのオープニングとして使用されました。”rumbling”とはゴロゴロとなる音、不平、ぶつぶつ言うなどの意味を持つ言葉ですが、進撃の巨人では「地ならし」の訳として使用されています。エレンの複雑な心情を捉えた書き下ろしの歌詞やアニメの主題歌でデスボイスを披露する様子が海外でも話題を呼びました。

SiMは事前予告をせずにこの曲をアニメ放送のタイミングで初めて発表し、同時にポニーキャニオンへの移籍も発表しました。
