第1週目の入場特典として、空知英秋先生描き下ろしの「鬼滅の刃」炭治郎と柱たちのイラストカード全10種類が配布されました。同じジャンプ作品ではありますが、他の作者の大ヒットマンガに便乗した形になっています。これについて空知先生は鬼滅の刃の名台詞を引用し、「俺は俺の責務を全うする‼︎ このオワコンアニメにどんな手を使っても客を呼ぶ!! 劇場で“柱”達とその他で待ってるぜ！」とのコメントを発表していましたが、後に「炎上覚悟」だったと明かしています。この特典は好評だったのか、2月5日から再配布される予定になっています。

・That's basically a Gintama joke in itself lol. I can just picture Gintoki trying to bait people into seeing his movie by offering them Kimetsu merch, while Shinpachi yells at him for leeching off of another series' success.

・One thing I'm noticing is lack of his Gintama artstyle aside from Otae face for Kocho, his art for other series while Gintama was running had his Gintama trademark but here it's a proper mix of his and Yaiba's style. Artist start displaying their artstyle in slightly different way once their big series ends so not a surprise, Ishida's art after Tokyo Ghoul ended is one example of it.
