テレビアニメ「鬼滅の刃」第2期「遊郭編」が終了し、アニメ第3期「刀鍛冶の里編」の公開が発表されました。これを受け、吾峠呼世晴さんの原作を掲載していた少年ジャンプの公式YouTubeチャンネルでは鬼滅の刃遊郭編公式スペシャルPVを公開しました。遊郭編で善逸が披露した三味線の腕前を思わせる音楽や吾峠先生の原作の美しさには海外からも感嘆の声が上がる一方、原作を読んでいない方からは単行本の表紙によるネタバレを指摘する声も上がりました。

世界中で大人気のアニメ「進撃の巨人」。2022年4月3日24時に「The Final Season Part2」87話が放映されましたが、その直前に配給会社であるポニーキャニオンの公式YouTubeアカウントから「The Final Season完結編」の放送が告知されました。進撃の巨人は諌山創さんによる同名のマンガを原作としており、アニメ放映は第1期から放送予定の第4期の完結編まで合わせると2013年4月から2023年まで7度に分けて10年もの間放映されることになります。まさに時代を築いたと言えるアニメの完結に興奮の声が上がる一方、放送開始まで1年間の期間が空くことに落胆する声や映画版が見たかったという声もありました。

「SEASON'S CALL」はL'Arc~en~Cielのボーカリスト HYDEさんのソロ活動時の曲。

2006年にアニメ「BLOOD＋」の第2期オープニングソングとして提供されました。曲の作成時、HYDEさんはアニメの脚本を読んで作詞を行っており、「ドラキュラが好き」としながらも「アニメのストーリーが持っている根本的な愛の部分を反映させた」と語っています。いつか故郷の家に帰りたいと願う主人公の気持ちを「季節」という言葉を通して表している曲で、HYDE名義の活動で初めて自身以外が作曲した曲です。作曲を務めるK.A.Zさんとは後にヴァンパイアを由来とする「VAMPS」というユニットを組んでいます。L'Arc~en~Ciel、VAMPS、そしてHYDEさん自身も海外からの人気が高く、アニメファンと相まってコメント欄は多数の言語が飛び交っています。

世界中で大人気のアニメ「進撃の巨人」。2015年には前篇『進撃の巨人 ATTACK ON TITAN』と後篇『進撃の巨人 ATTACK ON TITAN エンドオブザワールド』に分かれる長編の実写映画が公開されました。現実に存在しない兵器を使い、巨人を倒すなど実写化が難しいシーンがふんだんに盛り込まれた作品のため、ファンの間では期待と不安の声が上がっていました。自身からオファーした当初の監督が降板し、映画の公開も延期されるなど制作は波瀾万丈。映画は設定の変更やオリジナルキャラクターの登場、不安視されていた立体起動装置のアクションシーンなどに原作ファンから厳しい声が寄せられた一方、俳優の演技や特撮技術は評価されるなど賛否の分かれる映画となっています。トレイラー映像に寄せられた海外からのコメントをみると、おおよそ日本人と同じ感想をもっているようです。

　「デュラララ!!」は成田良悟さんによるライトノベルをアニメ化したもので、2010年に放映されました。都市伝説の「首無しライダー」、実態の見えないギャング、UFO、メンヘラ、ネットを通じた顔の見えない相手との交流など水面下で繰り広げられる危うい日常を描いた物語です。アニメでは舞台となった池袋の街並みが実在の物に忠実に描かれていることも話題となりました。1話から12.5話までのオープニングはTHEATRE BROOKの「裏切りの夕焼け」が使用されています。曲の途中にあらすじを紹介したり、すれ違いながらも決して交わらない登場人物のやり取りなどがユニークなオープニングです。

「鬼滅の刃ニュース：鬼滅の刃刀鍛冶の里編のアニメ化が確認されました！」

社会現象にまでなった吾峠呼世晴さん原作のアニメ「鬼滅の刃」。遊郭篇も2022年2月13日に無事に放送が終わりましたが、興奮も冷めやらぬ中、翌14日には第3期の放送決定がアナウンスされました。放送日はまだ決まっていない状態でしたが、このツイートはおよそ2万回もリツイートされ、ハートは8万、コメントは1000件を超えています。刀鍛冶の里篇は原作の12巻から15巻にあたる部分で、多くの柱や上弦の鬼が登場し、登場人物の掘り下げが行われ、戦闘シーンもよりハードになるなど見どころが満載です。

徳山秀典さんの『STILL TIME』は2000年に放映が開始されたアニメ「最遊記」の2番目のオープニングソング。最遊記は峰倉かずやさんのマンガで1997年に連載が始まりました。中国の物語『西遊記』をもとに作られていますが、美形な三蔵一行が煙草を吸いながら銃撃戦を行ったり、ビールを飲みながら麻雀をするなどの描写からビジュアル系西遊記ともいわれています。徳山さんは大河ドラマ、GTOや仮面ライダーにも出演する俳優でもあり、最遊記にも声優としてゲスト出演しています。またオープニング映像のかっこよさも人気ですが演出はNARUTOのOPEDでも有名な都留稔幸さんがつとめています。

「闇夜」は2019年6月にMVが公開されたEveの楽曲です。手塚治虫原作のテレビアニメ2019年版『どろろ』2期のエンディングテーマに起用されました。『どろろ』は1967年のマンガで、鬼神に四肢を奪われた百鬼丸と盗人をしていたどろろが出合い、体を取り戻すために妖怪と戦いながら戦国の世を旅する物語です。手塚治虫の原作は未完結作品ですが、アニメはこれまでに3度の制作が行われ、未完結部分を補う形でマンガや映画が作成されるなど人気の作品です。Eveはボーカロイドやニコニコ動画などインターネットからから活躍の場を広げたアーティストで、この歌はメジャーデビュー後初となるシングル配信であり、自身初のテレビアニメ主題歌ともなりました。E veの動画の特徴でもある美しいアニメーションMVも人気の一つです。
